This is an agreement between customthouse.in (the “ custom T House.” and, together with its affiliates, “CustomTHouse,” “we” or “us”) and you (if registering as an individual) or the entity you represent (if registering as a business) (“you” or the “Company”). Any other Custom T house affiliate that we designate is also a Custom T House Part.
To make this online destination for creativity available, it is essential all Custom T House users respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademarks. You must only upload content you have created yourself and have permission to use and authorize others to use. Please respect the copyright and trademarks of all the works you see or buy on Custom T House. Respecting other people’s intellectual property is an essential principle of Custom T House community.
Before providing us with any Content, you will have obtained the rights necessary for the exercise of all rights granted under this Agreement, and you will be solely responsible for and will pay any licensors or co-owners any royalties or other monies due to them related to such Content; and You hereby grant Custom T house a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, right and license to make, have made, sell, import, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, and use the Content for purposes of designing, distributing, and producing Products.
Subject to the terms of this paragraph, we will pay you Royalties approximately 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which final payment for the applicable sale is made.
